ANCHORING
When tanks are installed in areas with high water lavel, or in areas subject to flooding, the installation must include an anchor system that will prevent tanks from floating out of the ground.

Anchoring with concrete beams
CGH's system is fast and easy to install, and requires no expensive foundry and time spent on the construction site.

- All parts are stock and if there is a high groundwater level during the excavation, complete anchoring can be provided at the same time with the tank without delay for the project.
Anchoring for embedding
CGH provides a system with anhors molded into a concrete plate and then a number of galvanized anchoring bands are mounted on the tank and secured to the anchors.
- Optimal safety - also under installation before the tank is fully covered.
- Anchors must be embedded and the concrete must harden before the tank is put in hole.
- All metal parts are hot galvanized - ensure long life.
Prerequisites:
- Neutral soil conditions.
- Water level maximum at tank top.
- The concrete slab must be dimensioned according to the buoyancy of the tank and have a thickness sufficient to secure the anchors firmly.
- Soil density at least 1800 kg / m³
- The excavation must be drained until the tank is covered with full soil or until the tank is filled.
Speed chassis
CGH's speed chassis is fast and easy to install. The tank comes with a complete anchorage pre-installed on the tank, and at the construction site, the tank must only be lifted from the truck and directly into the excavation. Then fill with concrete up to height mark and anchoring is now established.
